Our Mission
El Modena HS provides programs for youth in music and performance training. The Instrumental Music Program creates performing arts experiences that inspire, educate, and promote excellence as we enrich the lives of young people, and those who encounter their art.
Vision
A Vanguard Community enriched by a spectrum of programming, ranging from a student’s first experience with the performing arts to our renowned Vanguard marching band. Leadership, integrity, personal, character and social development skills are emphasized through the challenge, excitement, and self-discipline presented through performance, competition, and pursuit of excellence.

Whether it’s hosting the annual CSBC Division Championships, participating in the annual City of Orange May Parade, or hosting our summer music camps - our goal is to bring the Vanguard Experience to more than just the El Modena community.
